Commercial Partners
We have partnerships directly in place with the following companies.
- BT Wholesale - We are now fully authorised and able to interact with the BT systems gateway to place orders and take over lines from the core BT network. The BT network is the most extensive in the UK and as such is the most reliable network with an overall up time of 99.9999% and a general uptime of 99.979%*.
- Opal PLC - We are fully authorised and able to connect our clientele to the high speed NGN network that Opal provides. This network currently connects approximately 90% of the population in the UK. We have full access to the exchanges controlled by Opal PLC.
- BT Openreach - Openreach is the data services network operator that underpins the entire BT operation, we have full EAD and Co-mingling access to every data centre and exchange in the UK that BT operate, allowing us network access to the core BT backbone as well as local data centre access for radio rollout.
- TMS - TMS are our preferred networks billing partner, as a full NGN/WLR3 authorised partner they take the data that is provided by our carriers directly from their systems and translate this into billing and collection services. Capable of multiple billing frequencies and allowing us complete control over how our clientele are to be charged, they can also include any other billing options as necessary. TMS are to act as our direct debit providers.
- Avanti Telecommunications PLC - Who own the most widespread satellite service in the world today, an operation worth many billions of dollars with another 3 satellites about to be put into service over the next 4 years allowing us to access their systems to provide telecoms and data services. As one of a handful of full access partners we have access to their data centres enabling us to provide not only our services as an ISP but also a complete range of redundant or active backup and data transfer systems.
- Griffin Internet - The UK’s largest ISP provider and as such allow us to connect directly from our allocated servers to our collocated servers in any exchange in the country giving us the unique opportunity to effectively not only run one of the fastest publicly accessible data networks in the country, but to allow us to manage our network centrally or from any point in any part of our network systems. Griffin allows us to directly sell our services as an ISP without the need to host our own servers or bandwidth requirements.
- Reefstream Ltd - Our VoIP partners, with access to the latest technology that this service can provide and are Mitel UK approved partners, this enables us to provide VoIP technology in the form of telephone systems that are scalable from 3 workstations to over a thousand including “follow me” services and multi user services.
- ZyXel Communications Corporation (Taiwan) - One of the largest manufacturers to the telecoms industry in the world. ZyXel equipment is to be specified for every piece of hardware to be placed in any exchange work we do and their systems form the mainstay and backbone of our entire systems. We have an agreement that allows us to provide their equipment internationally and we have no requirement to go through any wholesale source, allowing us to deal directly with any of their 32 global offices.
- Kingston Communications PLC has agreed to allow us network access to their data centres and exchange facilities for our community projects.
- AVNet - One of the worlds’ leading IT supply distribution chains and are our partners in the supply of our wireless meshing systems and our data centre computing requirements. As the largest SUN and IBM systems distributers in the world we have a trading agreements for them to supply through these manufacturers.
- Portman Asset Finance - They specialise in providing businesses with individually tailored finance packages. Portman offers a full range of equipment leasing and financial solutions which can offer many advantages over outright cash purchase for all businesses in the private and public sectors, from sole traders to local authorities.
